Hey there!

The cabin trip will take place from November 14 to 16, 2025 --- this time both computer science and literature / linguistics students are invited. You’ll pay a flat fee that covers transportation, food, and drinks. To keep the price manageable, we need students to volunteer as drivers! As compensation for fuel costs, drivers will receive a refund of 50€ after the event. We hope enough of you will be willing to play taxi. Thanks in advance to those who do :)

TL;DR

• 3 days, 2 nights at the Allgäu School Camp, Stoffels 7, 87448 Waltenhofen (approximately 150 km one way)
• Departure on Friday, November 14, 2025; we’ll meet at 1:45 PM and leave at 2:30 PM. The meeting point is Universität Nordparkplatz
• We’ll provide basic supplies, including drinks and meals (two dinners and two breakfasts/brunches)
• You need to bring your own sleeping bag or bed cover. Slippers are highly recommended.
• Price: 70€ per person (drivers will get 50€ back after the event)
• Security Deposit: 10€ per person (will be taken in before departure from the university and given back before departure from the cabin)
• We’ll send you details on how to transfer the payment after your registration via email
• An awareness team will be on-site throughout the entire trip
